This holiday tour include visiting Murchison Falls, Kibale forest, Rwenzori Mountain, Bwindi Forest, Lake Bunyonyi and the source of the expansive River Nile in Jinja.
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe Airport, transfer to Kampala for overnight
Arrive Entebbe Airport, and our driver guide will pick and transfer you to Kampala. Night stay at Sojovalo Hotel, Hotel Africa or Protea Hotel.
Day 2: Drive to Murchison Falls National Park
Leave for Kampala for Murchison Falls National Park in the morning. Visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for tracking. Continue to the park and arrive in the evening. Overnight at Sambiya River Lodge or Paraa Safari Lodge (Full Board).
Day 3: Uganda Safaris at best (Game Drive and Launch Cruise )
You will do a morning game drive safari in the enormous Murchison Falls National Park. After lunch at the lodge, you will go for a wonderful launch cruise at the bottom of the falls. During both safari activities, there are several animal and bird species plus an amazing nature to see. Overnight at Sambiya River Lodge or Paraa Safari Lodge (Full Board).
Day 4: Drive to Kibale National Park
After breakfast, start your journey to Kibale National Park, a park with the highest chimpanzee safari activities in Uganda. Arrive at Kibale in the evening. Overnight at Kibale Forest Camp, Primate Lodge or Chimps Nest.
Day 5: Chimpanzee Tour Uganda and Nature Walk
After breakfast, you will for a Uganda chimpanzee safari in Kibale Forest. In the afternoon having taken lunch, you will enjoy a nature walk in Bigodi Swamp where you will expect to spot lots of primates and bird species. Overnight stay at Kibale Forest Camp, Primate Lodge or Chimps Nest.
Day 6: Drive to Kasese Town
Take a late breakfast and begin a drive to Kasese Town, a town in the environs of Rwenzori Mountain ranges. Stay overnight Kasese town awaiting the next day’s commencement of Rwenzori mountain climbing. Night stay at SandtonHotel or Margherita Hotel in Kasese.
Day 7: Transfer to Rwenzori and beginning climbing the mountain.
Take breakfast and drive to Rwenzori Mountains National Park Head Quarter located at Nyakalengija, 1.646 m. Nyakalengija is the starting and briefing point for Rwenzori mountain hiking. You will move from Nyakalengija to Nyabitaba Hut, 2.652 m lasting about 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at Nyabitaba.
Day 8: Nyabitaba Hut to John Matte Hut, 3.414 m
Ascending from Nyabitaba Hut, you will cross the Kurt Shaffer Bridge, through a murky zone. The trail ascents up through a bamboo wooded area. You will touch a sheer rocky range that leads to Nyamuleju Hut. This area marks the start of the giant lobelia and groundsel zone. The way takes through a quagmire filled with distinctive plants along the Bujuku River. The final point is John Matte Hut, 3.414 m. where you spend a night. From Nyabitaba Hut to John Matte, it can take roughly 6 hours. Appreciate the view of Mount Stanley and the snowcapped Margherita and Elena Peaks
Day 9: From John Matte Hut to Bujuku Hut, 3.962 m
From John Matte Hut to Bujuku River and sleep Elena Hut for the night.
Day 10: Move from Bujuku Hut all the way to Kitandara Hut, 4.023 m
Day 11: Transfer from Kitandara Hut (4027m) to Guy Yeoman Hut at 10,700ft (3,261m)
Day 12: Guy Yeoman Hut back to Nyabitaba Hut, 2.652 m
Day 13: Trek from Nyabitaba to Nyakalengija, the starting point and drive direct to the Queen Elizabeth Queen Elizabeth National Park for overnight. Overnight at Enganzi Lodge, Ihamba Safari lodge, Mweya Safari Lodge (full Board).
Day 14: Take a Wildlife Safari and evening Boat ride on Kazinga Channel.
This is another good day for your Uganda Safari tour. You will have a morning game drive in the park and later do an evening boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. Back for overnight at Enganzi Lodge, Ihamba Safari lodge, Mweya Safari Lodge (full Board).
Day 16: Transfer to Bwindi Impoenetrable Forest National Park
Wake up, have breakfast, and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Arrive in the afternoon. Overnight stay at Mahogany Springs or Silverback Lodge.
Day 15: Uganda Gorilla Trekking Safari in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
This is a climax of your Uganda Safaris. Start the day with breakfast, transfer to the park office for briefing, then start your long-awaited gorilla trekking safari in the thick Bwindi forest. Done with a thrilling Uganda gorilla tracking safari, you will return to Mahogany Springs or Silverback for another night stay.
Day 16: Transfer back to Kampala
Enjoy breakfast as a routine and start a day’s drive back Kampala. First, you will stop in Mbarara for a lunch break and secondly stop at the Uganda Equator for a photo moment. You will be in Kampala in the evening. Night at Sojovalo Hotel, Hotel Africa or Protea Hotel
Day 17: Visit the Source of River Nile in Jinja
After breakfast, transfer to Jinja, visit the source of river nile, enjoy some sightseeing and relaxation. Take lunch and later drive back to Kampala. Night at Sojovalo Hotel, Hotel Africa, Protea Hotel or Cassia Lodge.
Day 18: Entebbe Airport Transfer
You will leave Kampala four or 3 hours to your flight. This marks the end of the Uganda Tours and Safaris.
